Team Fortress 2 Update Fixes Cosmetics, Unusual Effects, and War Paints

Valve just shipped a new update for Team Fortress 2, focusing primarily on a range of cosmetic fixes, unusual effect adjustments, and war paint improvements. The update will be automatically applied upon restarting the game.
Cosmetic and Effect Adjustments
The patch addresses several visual inconsistencies and naming conflicts. The Beachcomber's Brim now includes a second style that was previously missing, offering players more customization options. Additionally, several Unusual effects have been updated to resolve long-standing issues:
- Northern Nights, Umbral Lights, and Solar Singed Unusual effects: Fixed a naming conflict.
- Blissful Butterflies and Wispful Wings Unusual effects: Fixed visibility issues, ensuring these effects are displayed correctly in-game.
Visual and Texture Improvements
Further visual refinements include fixes for truncated style names and alpha channel issues affecting various items and war paints:
- Hard Hearing: Fixed truncated style names.
- Pyro's Overalls: Updated backpack image to fix the alpha channel.
- Sandwich Diner and Sideshow war paints: Fixed the alpha channels.
- Team Union war paint: Removed a few rogue pixels, enhancing its overall appearance.
