Rainbow Six Siege Y11S2: System Override Unveiled with Dokkaebi Rework, Ranked 3.0, and Calypso Casino

Rainbow Six Siege is gearing up for Operation System Override, the Y11S2 update, bringing significant changes including a major operator remaster, a complete overhaul of the Ranked playlist, and a new map.
Operation System Override Highlights
Ranked 3.0 Overhaul: The most popular playlist is receiving a competitive and rewarding revamp. Players can expect no hidden MMR, seasonal placement matches, and clearer progression, where skill directly dictates rank.
New Map: Calypso Casino: Inspired by Rainbow Six: Vegas, the iconic Calypso Casino makes its debut. The map has been enhanced for competitive play while retaining its original essence.

Dokkaebi Operator Remaster: Dokkaebi's identity shifts towards more targeted disruption with tangible consequences. Her Jegeo Payload now requires a valid target, has increased charges (up to 5 with a 25-second refill), and explodes for 40 HP damage, creating a 5-second fire zone if not reset. Her camera hacking duration is now 20 seconds. Additionally, she gains the new XK23 Assault Rifle and loses Stun Grenades.
New Weapon: XK23 Assault Rifle: A new bullpup assault rifle, the XK23, is being introduced. It features high damage (49 HP), a moderate rate of fire (675 RPM), and an approachable recoil profile. It's one of the few ARs with access to the Extended Barrel, potentially boosting damage to 54 HP. The XK23 will be available to Dokkaebi, Rauora, and Sens.

Operator Balancing Changes
Gridlock: Her TRAX Stingers are receiving a significant buff. Enemies stepping on them will now suffer a 10-second limp and leave a blood trail. Caltrop health is increased to 35 HP (from 1), making them harder to destroy. Deployment speed is also faster. To compensate, the total TRAX amount is reduced to 3 (from 4).
Zofia: Zofia reverts to her previous 2 Health / 2 Speed configuration, reinforcing her role as a mobile attacker.
Nomad: The AK-74M for Nomad now has access to all grip options (Horizontal, Angled, Vertical), matching Deimos's version for improved loadout clarity and flexibility. Her Airjab detection range is also slightly increased to 3.25m (from 3m).
Refinement Changes
Minor adjustments are also being implemented to polish gameplay and improve quality of life:
- Deimos: Deathmark Tracker wait time to target enemies after identification is reduced to 4 seconds (from 5 seconds).
- Mozzie: Pest capture range is increased to 1.75m (from 1.5m), making Pests more forgiving to use.
- Pulse: Cardiac Sensor scan distance is increased to 10.5m (from 9m), improving horizontal intel gathering.
- Solis: SPEC-IO Electro Sensor duration, reload time, and Overclock are increased to 17 seconds (from 15 seconds), offering more flexibility.
- Rauora & Sens: Both operators gain access to the new XK23 Assault Rifle, providing additional primary weapon options.
These changes aim to evolve the game at a constant pace, maintaining a steady stream of refinements alongside major updates.
