Ubisoft has released the Y11S2.3 patch for Rainbow Six Siege, introducing a series of operator adjustments, weapon refinements, and bug fixes to enhance gameplay and consistency.

Operator Changes
Several operators received buffs aimed at improving their utility and responsiveness:
- Hibana: Her X-Kairos detonation timer is reduced to 3.8s (was 4s). This change allows Hibana to act more quickly after deploying her utility, reducing her exposure time.
- Maverick: The Breaching Torch now has increased canister ammo to 160 (was 144), with total ammo increased to 320 (was 288). This provides more flexibility for creating openings and makes resource management more forgiving.
- Fuze: Cluster Charge breaching time on reinforced surfaces and Armor Panels is reduced to 1.75s (was 2s). This speed increase improves responsiveness, allowing Fuze to execute plays more reliably without prolonged exposure.
- Tubarão: The Zoto Canister range is increased to 3.2m (was 3m). This expands its area of effect, improving coverage and placement forgiveness for more consistent space control.
- Oryx: Remah Dash recharge time is reduced to 5s (was 8s). This enhances Oryx's mobility, allowing him to reposition and react more frequently, reinforcing his role as a highly mobile defender.
- Mute: Signal Disruptor disruption range is increased to 2.6m (was 2.475m), and the disruption warning is increased to 4.875m (was 4.75m). These changes make deployments more forgiving and improve coverage consistency for key entry points and drone paths.
Weapon and Equipment Changes
The patch also includes adjustments to equipment and a specific weapon:
- Impact EMP Grenade: The EMP Range is increased to 2m (was 1.8m). This makes interactions with multiple electronic devices more forgiving and consistent.
- Reaper MK2: Recoil has been refined for both Mouse & Keyboard and Controller. Recoil stages now kick in later on the burst to Bullet 0, 3, 10, 25 (was Bullet 0, 3, 7, 13). These adjustments aim to improve comfort and consistency during sustained fire without altering the weapon's overall identity.
