Format and Stakes
The PAS1 Finals follow a standard format: 16 teams compete over three days, totaling 15 matches. The team with the most points by Sunday will be crowned the Finals 1 Champion.
The stakes are high for teams aiming for global competition. The top two teams will directly qualify for all PUBG Global Series (PGS) events in the second half of the year (PGS Circuit 2 and 3). Additionally, the PAS1 Finals are crucial for earning PGC Points, which are essential for qualifying for the PUBG Global Championship. While some PGC Points were available during the Playoffs, the Finals offer a significantly larger amount. Finally, each Finals weekend features a prize pool of $29,500.
Two Sets of Finals
This edition of PAS1 is unique, featuring two sets of Playoffs and Finals. After this weekend's Finals, Playoffs 2 will commence next weekend, where all 29 teams will restart their journey to qualify for Finals 2.
