Catching Problems Earlier

Recognizing a shift towards more evasive cheating methods, including location and system environment masking, G.T.I. upgraded its detection points. This involves improved identification of abnormal environments and suspicious execution behavior, aiming to stop issues before they can impact matches. Building Deeper Protection

With the rise of DMA-based cheating, software-only detection proved insufficient. Delta Force has integrated hardware-level security measures into its protection stack:

  • DMA Shield: Addresses external hardware and lower-level access paths used by DMA cheats.
  • Secure Boot: Verifies the system boot chain, ensuring only authenticated critical components load and limiting unauthorized drivers.
  • TPM 2.0: Utilizes hardware-level security to verify runtime environment integrity, enhancing anti-cheat reliability.

This pushes protection earlier in the system chain, making it significantly harder for high-risk methods to bypass detection and reach live matches. The goal is to make previously hard-to-detect lower-level cheats less reliable over time.

Going After the Cheats You Don't Always See

Since April, the team has intensified its focus on harder-to-spot cheats, particularly kernel-level stealth cheats. Detection for in-game and kernel Shellcode has been strengthened, alongside improved identification of high-stealth risks such as malicious code, abnormal memory execution, and unauthorized drivers. Game data protection and tamper detection have also been enhanced to prevent quiet, persistent damage to the play experience. This work aims to surface these subtle problems earlier.

Moving Beyond One-Time Enforcement

June saw the rollout of Operation Sentinel, a new enforcement framework designed for persistent and targeted action. This system aims to make it harder for violating accounts to remain active, quickly return, disrupt matches, or profit from their behavior. Concurrently, device-security identification and broader risk detection against new cheating methods and profit-driven abuse have been improved, focusing on stopping risk earlier.

Impact on Matches and Future Outlook

These combined efforts are intended to result in cleaner matches, fewer interruptions, and a more stable environment. Accounts and risk patterns that previously might have gone unnoticed are now more likely to be caught early, and deeper cheats should become less reliable. The G.T.I. Security Team acknowledges that the fight against cheating is ongoing but emphasizes significant progress in the first half of 2026.
