The Finals Update 10.3.0: Respec Order Event, Balance Changes, and Performance Boosts

The Finals has released Update 10.3.0, introducing an experimental World Tour event, significant balance adjustments, performance enhancements, and a comprehensive list of bug fixes. Players can also explore a refreshed in-game store and claim new freebies.
World Tour: Respec Order Experiment
This week's World Tour stop, Respec Order, is an experimental event focused on gathering player feedback and telemetry. For one week in Cashout mode, the Heavy and Light archetypes will see adjusted health and movement speeds:
- Heavy
- Health decreased from 350 to 325
- Base movement speeds (run and sprint) increased by approximately 10%
- Light
- Health increased from 150 to 175
- Base movement speeds (run and sprint) decreased by approximately 10%
- Increased health regen delay from 7s to 8s
Players are encouraged to try out these changes and provide feedback via the official Discord server or Reddit, where Design Director Matt Lowe will answer top questions on April 23rd.

Balance Changes
Gadgets
- H+ Infuser: Increased delay before ammo regeneration from 8s to 10s. (Dev Note: Aims to balance its power against the Medium's Healing Beam, especially during Cashout steals.)
- Healing Emitter: Can now be deployed in the air and falls to the ground; decreased size by approximately 15%. (Dev Note: Quality of life changes for easier deployment and less obstruction.)
- Hover Pad: Increased health from 300 to 350. (Dev Note: Makes it a more desirable tool based on community feedback.)
Gameplay
- Decreased time for goo to break when overlapping a player from 0.8s to 0.2s. (Dev Note: Reduces frustration from unintended player blocking.)
- Slightly decreased movement velocity required to trigger a slide, making them easier to perform.
Weapons
- 93R: Increased damage from 24 to 25; decreased ammo count from 24 to 21. (Dev Note: Aims to increase viability as it's currently the least picked Light weapon.)
- FAMAS: Slightly decreased recoil when aiming down sights (ADS). (Dev Note: Improves accuracy at range, bringing it closer to other Medium ARs.)
- XP-54: Increased ammo count from 34 to 36. (Dev Note: Another attempt to find a balanced spot for the weapon for Light Builds.)
