The PUBG Nations Cup 2026 (PNC 2026) has unveiled its full tournament format, ruleset, and prize pool details. The all-star showdown will feature 24 national teams competing in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from June 23rd to June 28th.

Event Schedule and Venue

PNC 2026 will span five days of competition, culminating in the Grand Finals at Jangchung Arena. All matches are scheduled to begin daily at 19:00 KST / 10:00 UTC / 12:00 CEST / 17:00 ICT / 03:00 PDT.

  • Survival Stage: June 23rd – 24th / PUBG Seongsu
  • Grand Finals: June 26th – 28th / Jangchung Arena, Seoul

Tournament Format

The tournament is divided into two stages: the Survival Stage and the Grand Finals, with 5 matches played per day.

  • Survival Stage: 2 days / 10 matches total
  • Grand Finals: 3 days / 15 matches total

Eight teams from PNC 2025, including the defending champions Vietnam, will directly advance to the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will compete in the Survival Stage, with the top 8 progressing to join the Grand Finals. The PNC 2026 champion will be determined by cumulative points over the three days of the Grand Finals.

Grand Finals – 8 Teams

  • Defending Champion: Vietnam
  • Brazil, China, Germany, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, United States of America

Survival Stage – 16 Teams

  • Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Denmark, Finland, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Neutral Team, Norway, Philippines, Türkiye, Ukraine, United Kingdom

Ruleset and Competitive Settings

PNC 2026 will utilize the PUBG Esports S.U.P.E.R Point System across maps Erangel, Miramar, Taego, and Rondo. The map order for both stages has been detailed to ensure varied gameplay.

Map Order

Survival Stage

  • Day 1: Erangel → Miramar → Taego → Rondo → Erangel
  • Day 2: Miramar → Erangel → Rondo → Taego → Miramar

Grand Finals

  • Day 1: Erangel → Miramar → Taego → Rondo → Erangel
  • Day 2: Miramar → Erangel → Rondo → Taego → Miramar
  • Day 3: Erangel → Miramar → Taego → Rondo → Erangel

To foster a more compact and fast-paced match flow, PNC 2026 will feature adjusted Blue Zone settings:

  • Shorter early Blue Zone phases (Phases 1 and 2)
  • Shorter final Blue Zone phase (Phase 9)
  • Removal of Land Ratio option for Phases 4 and 8
  • Overall reduction in circle radius to match shorter match length

Prize Pool and Crowdfunding

PNC 2026 starts with a base prize pool of $500,000. An additional 25% of revenue from the PNC 2026 Event Pass will be added through crowdfunding. The total prize pool will be distributed based on final rankings, with prize money and sales revenue shared equally among each team's roster.

The Event Pass is not available on Console, but 25% of individual sales revenue from included items will contribute to the crowdfunding total.
