PUBG has launched a new Community Survey to gather direct feedback from players regarding their experiences with official community channels. This initiative aims to improve how the PUBG Community Team supports and communicates with its player base.
Survey Focus
The survey specifically targets player experiences across various platforms, including:
- Steam Forums
- Discord
- Other platforms where players follow news, share feedback, ask questions, or interact.
Key areas of interest for the survey include communication effectiveness, the presence of the community team, responsiveness to player concerns, local language support, moderation practices, community activities, and how well player feedback is being integrated into improvements.
Participation and Rewards
Player input is crucial for understanding regional needs and identifying areas for improvement. As a token of appreciation, PUBG will select 50 players who complete the survey by June 12, 2026, to receive 1,000 G-Coin each.
