Marvel Rivals Patch Adds Alchemax Map, Doom Match, and Blood Hunt Adjustments

Marvel Rivals is set to release patch version 20260528 on May 28th, 2026, at 09:00:00 (UTC). This update introduces new content, store items, hero adjustments, and system optimizations.

All-New Content

New Map: Alchemax Headquarters

Players can now battle in Nueva York, 2099, within the Alchemax Headquarters. Devil Dinosaur arrives with a portable TRD (Timestream Reintegration Device) to expose the corporation's classified experiments and timeline Incursion.

Map Mode: Doom Match

A new game mode, Doom Match, is being introduced.

Event: Chrono-Rush

The TVA is activating the Chrono-Rush event, allowing players to earn unlimited Chrono Tokens by playing matches. The event schedule is as follows:

• June 5th, 12:00:00 - June 8th, 12:00:00 (UTC)

Daredevil - Shadowed Start Customization

Daredevil's Shadowed Start costume receives two new customization options based on community feedback:

• The default weapon will change to the White Billy Club. The Black Billy Club will become an optional customization.
• An option to turn off the "Demon's Rage" flame VFX for the player's screen (other players will still see the VFX).

These options will be automatically granted for free to all owners of the Shadowed Start costume.

Blood Hunt Adjustments

Significant stat adjustments are being implemented for the Blood Hunt mode, and the Nightmare difficulty cap has been raised to 200. Hero changes include:

• The Punisher: Increased base damage buffs for Adjudication and Deliverance builds, improved Shrapnel Shot and Chain Fire traits, and a bug fix for Chain Reaction.
• Moon Knight: Increased base damage buff for enhanced Eclipse Explosions, added Damage Reduction to Gauntlets of Thoth gear, and a nerf to Hand of Khonshu base damage.
• Squirrel Girl: Increased base damage buff for Squirrel Friends and added missile damage scaling with Squirrel Friends' damage to the Squirrel Missile trait.
• Blade: Increased Ancestral Sword slash damage, reduced Blade Shadows interval, added Damage Reduction to Twilight Whetstone gear, and added temporary critical hit rate and dodge rate after casting to the Reap trait.
• Jeff the Land Shark: Increased Max Health and damage boost from Big Fish Frenzy, increased damage for Hide and Seek and Aqua Burst, and increased base damage for Splish-Splash Pew Pew.
• Thor: Increased damage scaling for Storm Surge, increased Bonus Health from Aegis of Thunder, added Damage Reduction during Storm Surge, reduced spread angle for Rolling Thunder projectiles, and increased base damage for Storm Surge and Rolling Thunder projectiles.

Weekend Surge: Double XP

Double XP will be active on weekends to help players level up their roster faster. The event times align with the Chrono-Rush schedule:

Anti-Cheat Rank Compensation System

A new Anti-Cheat Rank Compensation System is being trialed. Players who successfully report a verified cheater in a Ranked match will be fully refunded all lost Ranked Points. Placement Matches are excluded.

Fixes and Optimizations

Heroes

• Deadpool: Fixed an issue where Hazardous Hijinks/Healing Hijinks dash could be body-blocked without dealing damage. Deadpool's katanas will now consistently deal damage through enemies.
