Delta Force Unleashes Uluru's 'Fury' Ultimate Appearance, Nerfs Raptor, and Adds New Events

Delta Force is rolling out an update on July 15, bringing Uluru's first ultimate appearance, "Fury," alongside new weekly events, store bundles, and significant balance adjustments for the Recon Operator Raptor. The update will be deployed without downtime, with players needing to restart their game client if issues arise or to log in with an outdated version.

Operator Balance Adjustments

The Recon Operator Raptor receives a notable nerf aimed at making gadget deployment more deliberate and giving opponents more counterplay. Developers noted that Raptor's ability to chain information and disruption gadgets too quickly left little room for opponents to react.

Raptor Changes:

  • Wing Cam: If hit by EMP effects, the camera is no longer destroyed, but switching to its view is disabled. This allows for two-way information gathering.
  • Silver Wing: Cooldown now starts when the drone is destroyed, rather than when released. The drone will also consume one EMP Grenade from the Operator's inventory when performing a grenade drop; if none are available, the drone cannot carry EMP Grenades.

New Weekly Events

Players can look forward to several new weekly events running from July 17 to July 23, offering various rewards:

  • Warfare Weekly Supply (7/17-7/23): Play Easy-difficulty matches to earn Premium Weapon EXP Tokens, Intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens, and Warfare EXP Boosters.
  • Weekend Merit Boost (7/18-7/19): Your first three Ranked matches grant double Merit during the weekend.
  • Expert Choice (7/17-7/23): Complete missions using designated weapons (AUG, MP7) for Intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens, Premium Weapon EXP Tokens, and Armament Vouchers.
  • Final Score (7/17-7/23): Redeem in-match scores from Warfare mode for Quantum Keys and Armament Vouchers.
