Counter-Strike 2 Update Introduces X-Ray Scanner for Germany and Netherlands

Valve has rolled out a new Counter-Strike 2 update that significantly alters how players in Germany and the Netherlands interact with in-game containers.

X-Ray Scanner Implementation

Players located in Germany and the Netherlands will now find an X-Ray Scanner tab directly within their Inventory. For these specific regions, the traditional method of opening containers is replaced; all containers must now be opened via this X-Ray Scanner.

Upon its introduction, the X-Ray Scanner comes preloaded with a one-time exclusive non-tradable "Genuine P250 | X-ray" skin. Players must claim this item before they can utilize the X-Ray Scanner to reveal the contents of any other containers.

It's important to note that Keyless Containers, such as Souvenir Packages, remain unaffected by this change and can still be opened without the need for the X-Ray Scanner.
