Apex Legends Update: Hemlok Nerfed, Wraith Stun Bug Fixed

Apex Legends has rolled out an update on April 10, 2026, addressing several bug fixes and implementing significant adjustments to the Hemlok assault rifle.
Bug Fixes
The patch resolves two notable issues that have impacted gameplay:
- Reactive skins will now function correctly both inside and outside the firing range.
- Wraith, when phased, will no longer be susceptible to being stunned by Gibraltar's electrified dome.
Hemlok Adjustments
Based on recent data and community feedback, the Hemlok has received a series of nerfs aimed at rebalancing its performance:
- Increased horizontal and vertical recoil.
- Increased hipfire spread.
Developers noted that the Hemlok's recoil was previously "smooth as butter" and its hipfire was overperforming. These changes are intended to make shots harder to hit, particularly from the hip, promoting more strategic engagement with the weapon.
